This test will be scored by a Registered Sleep Technician and interpreted by a local certified Sleep Physician. Polysomnograms done in sleep labs can take as long as 6-9 months to schedule in Ontario, and a patient may need to wait months before his or her consultation with a certified Sleep Physician. A patient could potentially wait over a year for a proper diagnosis; meanwhile, symptoms could worsen. Luckily, MHHC Sleep Solutions has developed a partnership with local sleep physicians to interpret your at home sleep Test to provide you with answers in an efficient and timely manner.

For patients already diagnosed with sleep apnea and are finding CPAP therapy difficult or intolerable, there is an alternative! Oral appliances are custom fitted by dentists with special expertise and training in treating sleep apnea.
